I’ve always wanted to do Bruce Springsteen’s ‘Dancing in the Dark’! While I was working on the arrangement, I thought, that sounds just like ‘That’s Entertainment’ by the Jam, another favourite song of mine. So I decided to do a ‘mashup’ and combine the two. There’s no such thing as an original idea – and soon found that it had already been done before – but this is my version! The chords are nice and easy and there’s nothing too complicated going on here. Do have a listen to the sound files for the harmonies, which will really make this song.
