Join the Sawtell Ukulele Group

If you’ve been playing ukulele for a while and are looking for a group to join – come along on a Monday evening to the Sawtell Surf Club and meet the Sawtell Ukulele Group. We are a community group that have been playing together since 2016. We’re a very social group and love being part of our community, performing regularly at aged care centres, community events, festivals, openings, closings – wherever we are invited!

Our song choice is definitely not that of your average ukulele group and songs are arranged especially for the group and will definitely expand your skills and level of playing – with riffs, picking patterns and a range of strumming. We also jam on the first Saturday of the month, starting back in February 2023 at the Sawtell Surf Club, which is open to all levels of ukulele players.

We come from all walks of life, sharing one thing in common, our love of music and love of the ukulele.

Term 1 starts on Monday 30 January, 5.00-6.30pm. Cost is an annual joining fee of $49.50 plus $150 for the ten-week term. Book your place here!
