Join the Sawtell Ukulele Group

If you’ve been playing ukulele for a while and are looking for a group to join – come along on a Monday evening to the Sawtell Surf Club and meet the Sawtell Ukulele Group. We are a community group that has been playing together since 2016. We’re a very social group and love being part of our community, performing regularly at aged care centres, community events, festivals, openings, closings – wherever we are invited!

Our song choice is definitely not your average ukulele group and songs are arranged especially for the group and will definitely expand your skills and level of playing – with riffs, picking patterns and a range of strumming. We also jam on the first Saturday of the month at local café, 63 First Avenue, which is open to all levels of ukulele players.

We come from all walks of life, sharing one thing in common, our love of music and love of the ukulele.

Term 2 starts on Monday 2 May, 5.00-6.30pm. Cost is an annual joining fee of $49.50 plus $135 for a nine-week term. Book your place here!
